I would like to say thanks for your installers and also to your company for all that you did for me last Friday in installing a new furnace and water heater in my home. It was done so nicely and the installers were such fun guys to talk with. I appreciate the cleanup afterwards as nothing was left for me to do. This was so amazing to me as others have left a mess for me to do. Tell them they are high on my list of wonderful people. Thanks again.

I called your business last week, thinking I was having thermostat problems and looking for some help with questions I had about replacement. I had the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of speaking with one of your staff named Evan. He took time on the phone with me and, when he couldn’t answer some of my concerns, he took my name/number, researched the situation for me, and called me back promptly with complete and informative answers. Go look around and see how many businesses, in this day and age, will go that \"extra mile\" for you anymore. Not very many, I can assure you. WHAT A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE IT WAS! I am 66 years old (young?) and Evan reminded me of what \"Customer Service\" really meant back in the olden days. You\'ll have my business from this day forward, solely due to his help with me that day. Give him a raise or a bonus....he is a keeper!!
