Priority Plus Plan

Conditions
  • This plan goes in to effect the day it is prepaid and extends for (12) months.
  • This plan shall be renewed upon receipt of payment for each additional (12) month period.
  • 5 year parts warranty on replaced parts. Repair services requested by customer shall be at current labor rates and PRIORITY CUSTOMER discounted material rates.
  • $240 in home credit for package heating and A/C replacements
  • 15% discount on all other services
  • Contract must be pre-paid.
Prices:
One service call per year with one equipment
Contract $120 each system
First Visit costs $79 to get equpiment up to our specifications, plus $120 will be collected for the next 12 months.

Extended Warranties

Bryant, Payne, Day & Night and Carrier all have extended warranties. We offer these warranties to our customers at/or near cost. This service protects our customers from high unexpected bills later. The warranties come in:
