Bi-lingual Customer Service / Dispatch / Administrative Support

Responsible for providing administrative support to the office and field operations of the plumbing and HVAC business. This role involves coordinating field activities, managing schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication between office and field staff. All dispatch teammates play a critical role in ensuring efficient field operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Bi- Lingual Spanish Speaking Preferred. 


  • Bi-lingual, fluent Spanish Speaking Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Quickbooks experience Required. 

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and effectively schedule jobs based on criteria provided

  • Answer and direct phone calls with a positive attitude

  • Keep customer appraised of schedule and lead times

  • Schedule and coordinate sub-contractors when appropriate

  • Clear and concise communication with clients, vendors, department managers, and technicians

  • Assist with various administrative functions within the office

  • Clean and organized desk

  • any other duty as assigned

Shifts: Full time, 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday

  • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
