• High school graduate

• One or more years of successful and full-time HVAC experience, preferably in New Construction Installation

• Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to read and apply manufacturers' installation instructions and clearly communicate with Rentmeister employees.

• Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions, circumstances, and extreme weather conditions.

• Interest and initiative in maintaining his/her HVAC skills through a combination of self-study, company training, manufacturers' workshops, and other professional development activities.

• Current Drivers license

• Must have a great driving record

• Ability to work efficiently given time pressures and over time (as needed)

• Complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

• (Rentmeister Total Home Service does NOT accept applicants who possess a Medical Marijuana Card.)

Preferred Qualifications:

RMGA Certified (or ability to obtain)
EPA Certified (or ability to obtain)
Completed or currently attending HVAC trade school, willingness to attend trade school (or have equivalent experience)

This is a full time position, day shift, Monday through Friday with overtime.
Compensation depends on skills and experience.
