Our dishwasher started leaking at 8:30 pm on a weekday night. An hour later it was filling up and not draining, so our kitchen started to flood. Rentmeister was the first search result so I called. They had a real person answer not a recording. That was the first good thing. The next great thing was that I heard back quickly and a tech arrived within 30 minutes of my first call. Our tech was Rocky and he was so wonderful! He quickly helped us get the issue resolved and gave us suggestions based on our further questions. I can't say enough good things about our experience! The service was fast, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them again!

Woke up Sunday to a cold house and my furnace not igniting, so I reached out to Rentmeister based on a family recommendation. I decided to pay the base costs explained to me to have someone come out to at least diagnose. The technician was super informative, taught me a few things I should be doing to help my system, and had the issue rectified super fast. I wasn’t gouged for a weekend call and learned some things! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for a weekend call!
