Primary Job Functions
- Push, pull, lift to 50lbs
- Interpret building codes and regulations as they relate to HVAC
- Diagnose problems and make recommendations
- Repair and replace damaged parts and equipment
- Read blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams
- Read and interpret City, State, and EPA regulations
- Work independently in the absence of supervision
- Work closely with colleagues as part of an integrated team
- Follow standard processes to accomplish tasks
- Understand and follow oral and written directions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Safely operate company vehicles, machinery, and equipment

Residential Plumbing APPRENTICE
We are looking for a dedicated Plumber Trainee to assist our Journeyman while improving their own skills. The responsibilities of a Plumber Trainee include assembling pipes, cleaning the water supply, handling tools, and cleaning job sites. The Plumber Trainee can expect to assist in complex jobs and handle smaller jobs on their own.

Primary Job Functions:
The Plumber is responsible for the major installation on new construction on apartments, complexes, and townhomes. Perform the maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems. Work involves the performance of skilled plumbing tasks in installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. Maintain drains, water lines, and pipe fittings. Routine maintenance, service, and repair work or performed independently and / also while training/supervising apprentices.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Commercial service Plumbing and installation experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong finger and Manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
