COMFORT ADVISOR

Rentmeister Total Home Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Comfort Advisor to join our team. The Comfort Advisor position will consist of analyzing customer needs for HVAC systems equipment.  The Comfort Advisor will create a sales proposal, finalize the sale and follow up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  •  Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home comfort needs

  • Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our maintenance program.

  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales

  • Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Assist and attend company marketing events

Skills and Abilities:

  • Confident with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player with the highest level of integrity.

  • Organizational skills and a results-oriented self-starter attitude. 

  • A desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree Required (associate degree Preferred)

  • 1-3 years of previous in-home sales experience

  • Pre-employment drug, background and motor vehicle check

  • Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends (depending on customer availability.)

  • Business Professional Attire

Compensation is based off of weekly salary OR commission,

whichever is greater.
