Rentmeister provides residential and commercial plumbing, hvac, electrical, water storage, and kitchen maintenance, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on information available at the time they are prepared and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on factors including site conditions, materials, and labor required.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon unforeseen complications we encounter during time of service.
Customers will be informed of significant changes before any additional work is performed.

4. Payments

Rentmeister Total Home Service does not process or collect payments through this website.

Payment terms will be communicated directly to the customer at the time of service, acceptance of a service agreement, or upon request. Payment is due according to the agreed upon terms provided in the invoice or corresponding agreement.

Failure to provide payment within the designated and reasonable timeline provided may result in additional fees or legal action as permitted by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and associated laws.

5. No Return Policy

Rentmeister Total Home Service provides on-site services, installations, and associated materials specific to each individualized project. As such, we do not offer or accept returns.

If you have concerns regarding completed work, please promptly contact our office at 801-773-6900 so we can address questions and concerns accordingly.

6. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide reasonable notice by calling 801-773-6900.

Rentmeister Total Home Service reserves the right to reschedule appointments or services due to unsafe conditions, equipment availability, or unforeseen complications and circumstances.

7. Customer Responsibilities

When contacting Rentmeister Total Home Service, customers agree to:

Ensure reasonable access to the property and work areas. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

Disclose known issues that may impact service performance.

Secure pets and remove obstacles before scheduled service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rentmeister shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or hidden property defects.

Customers are responsible for ensuring underground utility lines are properly identified prior to installation work where required.

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
